Before building this Operating System, we were the team behind Scale Your Business (SYB). As an agency, we worked shoulder-to-shoulder with the biggest suppliers, distributors, and enterprise retail chains across Delhi NCR.
Time and time again, we witnessed the exact same operational gaps: disjointed systems, manual inventory tracking, offline POS failing to sync, and broken supply chains that bled capital. Existing ERPs were either too rigid, painfully outdated, or simply didn't speak to the reality of Indian retail scale.
We realized that patching off-the-shelf software wasn't enough. The market didn't need another SaaS tool; it needed an entirely new operational nervous system engineered from the ground up to solve these exact gaps.
